Shipping Methods

Air Health offers same day shipping from our warehouses. We work with a variety of carriers to best provide you with fast shipping and low prices. We also work with you to ensure that your package is properly insured and arrives when you need it.

Note that same day shipping does not apply to Whole House Fan orders. Since Air Health fans are made to order, please allow 2 weeks for fulfillment.

Shipping Information

All air purifier orders ship fully insured by the carrier, either UPS or FedEx; all whole house fan orders ship fully insured by UPS. A signature is required upon delivery for all orders, which ensures the package arrives to you, in addition to helping reduce fraud and stolen or lost packages.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to request a full refund including shipping charges. If you purchased your Air Health product through an authorized retailer, please return your Air+Health product to the retailer with proof of purchase and in accordance with its policies.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of your shipment date. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service here or call 866-765-1587. You must return the product to Air+Health in good physical condition, not physically broken or damaged. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.

Returns FAQ

What if I do not have the original shipping carton?

If you do not have the original packaging, we can send you a replacement shipping carton for a nominal fee. This charge will be deducted from your refund. If you are interested in this service please contact our Customer Support team.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

When we receive the product at our warehouse, we will inspect the shipment to ensure all parts have been returned and the product is undamaged. Once the device has been inspected, usually in 2-5 business days, we will process your refund and reimburse the payment method you used for the purchase. It usually takes 5-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your bank statement.
